Everything happens... even new chapters of LaTeX courses ;o)
Sorry it took me so long, I've had a huge load of work since September and I just couldn't take the time to put my ideas on the keyboard.
The lesson is available at :

It is currently only in English, didn't take time to translate it in French - I will do it eventually.
